I used a 1kg piece of beef brisket, sealed all sides in a pan and then put in the slow cooker on low for about 8-9 hours, basically before i went to work, came home and it was fantastic, literally fell apart, served with some nice warm pitts and squeezed some lime over the top,  was ony the 2 of us so managed to have plenty over to freeze.  the slower and lower you cook this the better it will be.

		<description>Dont forget that not only did he cook it on heat for 4 - 5 hours... he also wrapped it for another 4 - 5 hours before it was eaten.</description>

I was going to serve it with tortillas but do I remove he onions and peppers from the pot with the meat or do I shred the meat and then mix it all together? And the Oliver boy (i&#039;m a big fan) got mixed up between pork and beef on da tele box. Peace in the middle east- got that from da tele box</description>
